Scholarship

The $2500 scholarship is the school's way of thanking the students that are in school to get the most out of a rewarding and fun profession.  The following are the scholarship qualifications:

  1.  Must be a full time, first time student who has completed the full 1600-hour course.  (Transfer students, students that drop out before completing the course, students taking a leave of absence, and students that drop out and return to finish do not qualify for the scholarship.)

  2. The student must become advanced by the end of the 2nd quarter.  If the student is not advanced by then, they will lose $200 of the scholarship each month until he/she is advanced.

  3. Language and conduct used with the public and students must remain professional.

  4. The student must graduate within the time outlined on the student enrollment agreement (contract).  If the student is still attending after the contracted completion date, the whole scholarship will be void.

  5. The student must maintain at least a B grade (80%) in all four categories of the grading system listed under the program outline.

  6. The student must not miss more than 6 Saturdays.

  7. The student must complete ALL clinical assignments each quarter.

  8. The student must follow the attendance policy.

  9. The student must follow the dress code.

The full scholarship may be taken away at any time during the year for not following the above requirements.
